Kiteday uygulamasını aç.
Alttaki Profil sekmesine, sonra sağ üstteki ayarlar simgesine dokun.
“Hesabımı sil”e dokun ve onayla.

Neler silinir

Profilin (ad, kullanıcı adı, fotoğraf, biyografi, semt, ilgi alanları), düzenlediğin etkinlikler, katılımların ve biletlerin, sohbet ve birebir mesajların, albümlere eklediğin fotoğraflar, verdiğin puan ve yorumlar, takip listelerin, kayıtlı bölgen ve bildirim adresin. Silme işlemi hemen yapılır ve geri alınamaz; teknik yedeklerden en geç 30 gün içinde temizlenir.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan

Hesabına kayıtlı telefon numarasıyla birlikte destek@getkiteday.com adresine “Hesabımı silin” yazan bir e-posta gönder. Talebini en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getiririz.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your Kiteday account and all of its information at any time.

To delete it in the app

Open the Kiteday app.
Tap the Profile tab at the bottom, then the settings icon at the top right.
Tap “Delete my account” and confirm.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, username, photo, bio, area, interests), the events you organized, your attendances and tickets, your chat and direct messages, photos you added to albums, the ratings and reviews you gave, your follow lists, your saved area and your notification address. Deletion happens immediately and can’t be undone; it is cleared from technical backups within 30 days at the latest.

If you can’t open the app

Send an email saying “Please delete my account” to destek@getkiteday.com, including the phone number registered to your account. We’ll complete your request within 30 days at the latest.

So löschst du es in der App

Öffne die Kiteday-App.
Tippe unten auf „Profil“ und dann oben rechts auf das Einstellungssymbol.
Tippe auf „Mein Konto löschen“ und bestätige.

Was gelöscht wird

Dein Profil (Name, Benutzername, Foto, Bio, Stadtteil, Interessen), deine organisierten Events, deine Teilnahmen und Tickets, deine Chat- und Direktnachrichten, deine Albumfotos, deine Bewertungen, deine Follower-Listen, dein gespeicherter Standortbereich und deine Benachrichtigungsadresse. Die Löschung erfolgt sofort und kann nicht rückgängig gemacht werden; aus technischen Sicherungen wird sie spätestens nach 30 Tagen entfernt.

Wenn du die App nicht öffnen kannst

Schreib eine E-Mail mit „Bitte löscht mein Konto“ an destek@getkiteday.com und gib die mit deinem Konto verknüpfte Telefonnummer an. Wir erledigen deine Anfrage spätestens innerhalb von 30 Tagen.

Eliminar tu cuenta

Puedes eliminar de forma permanente tu cuenta de Kiteday y toda su información cuando quieras.

Para eliminarla en la app

Abre la app de Kiteday.
Toca la pestaña Perfil abajo y luego el icono de ajustes arriba a la derecha.
Toca «Eliminar mi cuenta» y confirma.

Qué se elimina

Tu perfil (nombre, usuario, foto, biografía, barrio, intereses), los eventos que organizaste, tus asistencias y entradas, tus mensajes de chat y directos, las fotos que añadiste a álbumes, las valoraciones que diste, tus listas de seguidores, tu zona guardada y tu dirección de notificaciones. La eliminación es inmediata e irreversible; se borra de las copias técnicas en un plazo máximo de 30 días.

Si no puedes abrir la app

Envía un correo con «Eliminad mi cuenta» a destek@getkiteday.com, indicando el número de teléfono de tu cuenta. Atenderemos tu solicitud en un plazo máximo de 30 días.

Supprimer ton compte

Tu peux supprimer définitivement ton compte Kiteday et toutes ses informations à tout moment.

Pour le supprimer dans l’app

Ouvre l’app Kiteday.
Touche l’onglet Profil en bas, puis l’icône des réglages en haut à droite.
Touche « Supprimer mon compte » et confirme.

Ce qui est supprimé

Ton profil (nom, nom d’utilisateur, photo, bio, quartier, centres d’intérêt), les événements que tu as organisés, tes participations et billets, tes messages de discussion et privés, les photos ajoutées aux albums, les notes que tu as données, tes listes d’abonnements, ta zone enregistrée et ton adresse de notification. La suppression est immédiate et définitive ; elle est effacée des sauvegardes techniques sous 30 jours au plus tard.

Si tu ne peux pas ouvrir l’app

Envoie un e-mail « Merci de supprimer mon compte » à destek@getkiteday.com en indiquant le numéro de téléphone de ton compte. Nous traiterons ta demande sous 30 jours au plus tard.
